Before you fly
Carry-on Luggage
On Scenic Flights Each passenger is allowed 1 small carry-on bag containing personal items, with a maximum 2 kilograms in weight.
Lockable storage is available in our office.
No Dangerous Goods
We will not carry, and you must not include in your baggage or otherwise attempt to carry on board the following prohibited items:
items prohibited by law;
items listed as Dangerous Goods on information provided
- firearms (except where declared and processed in accordance with company guidelines) and weapons of any type, including but not limited to knives, blades, or sharp items
- items we reasonably determine are unsuitable for carriage because they are dangerous and unsafe
- items which are likely to endanger the aircraft or persons or property on board the aircraft, these are specified in the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations;
Maximum fines for carrying unauthorised weapons on board an aircraft may exceed $10,000.

Child Policy – Scenic Flight
Children must be accompanied by an adult for scenic flights. Child price applicable to children 5-11 years.

Cancellation Policy
All flights are subject to weather and serviceability of aircraft. Flights cancelled due to weather and/or unserviceability will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be offered alternative flight times or a voucher.
Flights may be delayed on the day due to weather and are not considered cancelled.
Policy does not apply to Gift Vouchers, as Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and therefore cannot be “refunded”.
FAQ
All passenger weight must be advised prior to travel. As a safety condition we reserve the right to weigh passengers if they deem that advised weights are incorrect.
For our pregnant customers, we welcome you on our flights.
We fly at a low altitude but maybe check with your Dr for reassurance.
Do you offer Charter flights?

Do you offer pick up and drop off
Local transfer to and from Goolwa Airport can be arranged depending on availability.
Do you have weight restrictions?
Passengers exceeding 110kgs should contact Goolwa Air directly as loading restrictions may apply.
Do you fly at night?
No, when the sun goes down we’re on the ground.
What if I need to cancel?
We have a cancellation policy but every story is different, please don’t hesitate to contact us to reschedule.
