Our Response to COVID-19

It is important to ensure everyone who travels with us or works with us is safe, so Goolwa Air is playing their part in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Our team are fully vaccinated and we are following the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation and their recommendations for minimising the spread of this virus.

To ensure this we have provided hand sanitiser for our passengers which is available in our office and also our aircraft.

Book with confidence knowing we are happy to offer flexibility with regard to date changes, cancellation and refund policies as a result of COVID-19. Should a cancellation and refund be requested we may ask for evidence that you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 restrictions. 

Passengers presenting with flu-like symptoms at check-in may be also be refused travel.

And where possible we are following advice with the recommended best practice social distancing guidelines.  Including COVID-SAfe check-in on arrival.
